Qualifications
• Adequate knowledge and skills to prepare bulk meals.
• Long hours experience in the kitchen.
• Cooking techniques and ability to prepare healthy meals.
• Health clearance (Food-handler certificate).
• Flexible and adaptable individuals.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned
appropriate time.
• Assist in other food preparation duties as
directed.
• Maintain facilities in a clean and hygienic
condition.
