Civil and Earthworks Supervisor
Moxico Kalengwa Resources Limited, a member of the Moxico Group of Companies, Moxico Kalengwa Resources Limited is developing the Kalengwa 50ktpa Float Plant Project and is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced, and results-oriented professional to fill the position of Civil & Earthworks Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising all civil and earthworks activities on site.
Ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Coordinating labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Monitoring daily productivity, progress, and construction quality.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Conducting regular inspections and reporting on project performance.
Managing construction crews and contractors effectively to achieve project milestones. Identifying and resolving construction challenges to minimize delays and rework. Preparing accurate and timely progress reports.
Promoting a strong safety culture with a focus on achieving Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIS)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 School Certificate.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in civil construction supervision.
Member of EIZ and ERB
Proven experience in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage systems, and concrete works. Experience supervising contractors and construction crews.
Experience working on mining, industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in preparing construction progress reports.
