Clearing Clerk

Our client in the Transport and Logistics industry is looking for a Clearing Clerk to join their team

Duties and responsibilities include but are not subject to: 
Overall team management to ensure things are moving as per targets at the
Warehouses with constant communication to HQ
Monitor reports on a daily basis and work closely with ZRA to ensure efficiencies are attained at every level. Full working knowledge of warehouse bonding, IM7, CE20’s, exports from bond and customs amendment procedures.
Prepare worksheets for RIB/BONDING/EXPORT and all other services. Assisting in Responding to client queries (Documents and other clearance-related
questions)
Manage and supervise customs compliance regarding clearing operations at various clients. Oversee and coordinate different Clearing requirements at various warehouses alongside dedicated account managers.
Maintain business relationships with customs and clients and report all information that is vital to the continuity of the business to HQ.

Qualifications

4 years minimum in logistics industry with knowledge of customs systems and CILT Qualifications.
