Richmond Finance Limited is looking for a Client Service Executive to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Key Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services
* Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and data protection requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/LMS platforms is an advantage
