COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Location: Lusaka
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance,
• Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
• Professional certification in compliance, AML/CFT, financial crime, audit or risk management (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CFE or equivalent) is an advantage.
Professional Experience:
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking
• Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to commercial banking in Zambia
• Experience in compliance monitoring, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting/regulatory remediation
