Job Description
Job title: Convenience Stores Attendant
Reports to: Convenience Stores Supervisor
Department: Retail
Location: Petauke & Chiliabombwe

Job Purpose
•The purpose of the role is to assist in effectively managing the Enjoy convenience store operations
and ensure the shop runs at optimum sales performance with customer satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities
• Ensure the convenience store is well merchandised.
• C-Store products sales and general duties.
• Assist in optimizing convenience store sales performance, and product categories.
• Ensure effective convenience store housekeeping, upselling, and customer service.
• Ensure all convenience store equipment’s are fully functional.
• Ensure market pricings are compiled and shared with the convenience store supervisor
• Conduct monthly convenience store stock counts

Duties and responsibilities
• Grade certificate, Tertiary certificate or better will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in Convenience retail or FMCG industry.
Good relationship management and communication skills.
