Cummins is looking to hire
a talented Finance Manager
He/she will specialize in finance for their
distribution business segment

Responsibilities

Requirements/Qualifications
– Financial expertise: Assess applicable
regulations for the financial area of focus
such as tax, banking, local accounting
to ensure compliance with applicable regulation
(IFRS and US GAAP) and explain key
requirements and purpose of requlations
and implications to the business to inform
and educate relevant stakeholders
– Business Collaboration: Partners with and collaborates with stakeholders
to ensure performance.
-Influences the organisation by portraying knowledge of the business to provide guidance to support the decision making process.
– Financial Analysis: Interprets financial
information by following up trends, differences, opportunities and risks to give an idea to stakeholders concerning financial implications to enable business improvements and ensure
integrity of financial information/data by investigating discrepancies and finding ways to rectify identified issues.
– GroomTalents: Developing people
to achieve their career goals as well as company goals.
