NTEMBA24 is a growing fashion retail business focused on great quality, best price and exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and performance-driven CRM Assistant Manager to support the CRM Manager in managing daily CRM operations, customer engagement, loyalty and retention activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications or related field.
Experience in CRM, customer service, sales, retail or call-centre operations.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of WhatsApp Business, CRM systems and customer data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage KPIs, deadlines and team performance.
Customer-focused, disciplined and highly accountable.
