RDO Equipment Africa – Lusaka (Warehouse)

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a qualified Purchasing Administrator in the RDO Africa Lusaka Warehouse.

KEY DUTIES
1 Capturing of data on SAGE.
Processing and supplying of Purchase

3 Processing of the re-orders on a weekly basis.
4 Filing of all documents.
5 Managing supplier back orders. Attention to detail is essential.
6 Issuing RTQ numbers and upkeep of the RTQ register.
7 Filing of weekly cycle counts/journal batches for all 3 branches.
8 Assisting in the weekly cycle count of the Warehouse.
9 Applicants staying in Lilayi and Chilanga will be considered as priority.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
2 Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
Orders to suppliers.

L2 years Sage experience.
