Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategies, implementing campaigns that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. Your expertise will shape the digital narrative of both Lamasat Media and our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Analyze market trends and refine digital marketing strategy to meet the evolving digital landscape.
- Lead and manage SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
