Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (15)
About the position
We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to take up an exciting challenge in a fast-paced environment of a growing Bank, willing to meet deadlines and develop professionally.
The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for marketing the Bank’s products and services, identifying potential
customers and building a positive relationship with the customers.
If you want to work in an international environment with a modern technology stack and a vibrant team, then this job is for you.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
Proactive selling of the Banks products in a professional manner.
Achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth and profitability.
Compile weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader.
Responsible for keeping self and supervisors up to date on competitor and market developments.
Maintain and update knowledge on all company products/services.
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Banking and Finance or any related field
Professional and excellent customer service.
Good communication skills.
Good planning and time management skills.
