POSITION: DRIVER
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid PSV/Professional Driver’s Licence
Proven experience in passenger transportation
Good knowledge of Zambian routes and major towns
Clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit, disciplined, reliable, and responsible
Must be able to work well under pressure
Previous experience driving a bus/coach will be an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely transport passengers to their destinations
• Observe all road traffic rules and company policies
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition
• Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after trips
• Provide professional and respectful service to passengers
• Report mechanical faults and incidents promptly
• Ensure punctual departures and arrivals
