Chibanga free range farm limited (CFRF) is a profit youth led organization having 80%
women on its work force. It was found in January 2020, started its operations in
October 2020 and became legally registered in April 2021 and has been in existence since.
Our main aim is to promote the production of poultry as a wealth creating business venture for our small scale farmers especially those in rural areas of Zambia
with priority given to women and youths and also to promote the production of pigs,
range birds Sasso and black Austrolorpe known for egg and meat production. All these breeds are village chicken breeds well known for their adaptation in cold and hot temperature.

In order to improve service delivery, chibanga free range farm limited is inviting applications from suitable qualified and experienced candidates to be considered for the following positions:
4. FARM MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
a) Full grade 12 certificate
b) 2 years minimum work experience in a managerial position on a poultry
farm
c) Degree/diploma in agriculture
d) Goal oriented
e) Has proven capacity to manage poultry farm from brooding to layers
(poultry production)
f) Has strong leadership skills
g) Computer literate
h) Proven knowledge of and experience in supporting and training small-
scale farmers in enhancing produce quality, poster harvest handling and
seed saving.
