Field Inspection Officer (3)

– LOCATION: LUSAKA
Overall Purpose of the Role: The Field Inspection Officer will be responsible for conducting pre-disbursement and post-disbursement field inspections for Yenza Na LOLC clients. The role involves visiting client residences and business premises to verify information provided during the application process, assess parking facilities for financed vehicles, collect GPS coordinates, and provide accurate inspection reports to support credit decision making.
Contract Duration: One Year Fixed Term Contract

Job Responsibilities:
• Visit clients’ homes and business premises to verify residential and business addresses.
• Confirm the authenticity of client information provided in loan applications.
• Assess and verify the parking location where financed vehicles will be kept.
• Capture and submit GPS coordinates of the client’s residence, business premises, and vehicle parking
location.
• Take photographs of residences, business premises, and parking facilities as required.

• Complete inspection checklists and prepare detailed field verification reports.
• Submit inspection findings within the agreed turnaround times.
•Report any discrepancies, potential fraud indicators, or risks identified during inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted.
•Ensure company motorcycles are operated responsibly and maintained in good condition.

•Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
• Valid motorcycle rider’s licence.
• At least one year of experience in field verification, collections, delivery services, or a related role.

• Good knowledge of local routes and geographical areas.
• Ability to use smartphones and digital reporting tools.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
