WE’RE HIRING: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Kitwe team.
If you have solid face-to-face sales experience, preferably in the courier or logistics industry and are looking to build a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
* Grade 12 Certificate plus a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (a Degree is an added advantage).
* 2–5 years of proven face-to-face sales experience (courier/express logistics experience is highly preferred).
* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* High computer literacy.
* Good knowledge of the express and freight industry.
* A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
