Key Requirements
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Certification: Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, or equivalent) is required.
● Membership: Active membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Experience:
● Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing, mining, or relevant industry preferred).
● Experience in a multi-culture company is a plus.
Software Skills:
● Proficiency in ERPs/accounting software (SAP, Sage, Pastel, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel knowledge.
Soft Skills:
● Strong analytical skills, high ethical standards, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
