Minimum Qualification:
Grade 12 certificate
Certificate in Food production or Hospitality is an added advantage Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Requirements/Instructions:
• Handle,serve, and deliver patient meals safely and on time
• Ensure correct meals are delivered to the correct patients
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and food service areas
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hospital procedures
