STATION MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote customer loyalty.
• Supervise, train, motivate, and manage staff performance, schedules, and development.
• Oversee daily station operations, ensuring efficient service, adequate stock, equipment functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive fuel and LPG sales while managing cash flow, transactions, costs, losses, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards, particularly in fuel and LPG handling and storage.
• Manage inventory through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and loss-prevention controls.
Maintain accurate operational, sales, inventory, payment, and financial records, and report discrepancies or irregularities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Tertiary Certificate in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, or operations in the oil and gas industry or FMCG sector.
