Moshen Pharmaceuticals Zambia Limited is looking for 3 general Workers (Warehouse Attendants) in each named town to support warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling, storage and dispatch of goods.
Employment Type: Full-time
Locations: LUSAKA; plot #3201/74 Along Munbwa Road LUSAKA
KITWE;Plot #6812, Ubote Avenue, Kitwe
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keep the office, warehouse premises and properties neat and clean.
• Pack and load goods whenever there are dispatches.
• Pick and pack goods for orders received and movement between warehouses.
• Assist in stock taking as and when directed.
• Accompany delivery vans when directed to offload goods to parties.
• Load and unload goods as and when they arrive or are dispatched.
• Handle returned and expired goods and file relevant supporting documents.
• Update Stock Cards when picking goods.
• Maintain records and file Picklists and other relevant documents.
• Assist in verification of goods during dispatch.
• Arrange stocks on shelves to ease picking and supplies.
• Handle returned goods and prepare Goods Return Receipts.
• Handle expired, damaged and obsolete goods and prepare relevant documents.
• Perform any other relevant work assigned by superiors from time to time.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertake any other relevant duties that may be assigned by superiors.
• Ensure all duties are conducted within the code of conduct and compliance policies of the Phillips Pharma Group.
• Endeavour to continuously improve oneself.
