Chalimbana University invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions on two (02) years renewable contract.
GENERAL WORKS (4 POSITIONS)
PURPOSE: To maintain and do variety work in the gardens and Orchard.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work in the fields
• Manage all livestock production activities.
• Perform the required maintenance work in the garden
• Keep equipment and tools in good working condition
• Feeding pigs and chickens.
• Cleaning pigs and chicken pens.
• Weeding, planting, gardening and fertilizer application.
Job Qualifications:
Grade 9 certificate or its equivalent.
Must have knowledge of Agricultural field works
• Must have relevant work experience.
•Must be mature and able to work with minimum supervision.
