What we’re looking for:
Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
5+ years’ hatchery experience, including 3 years in management
Experience managing commercial hatcheries
Knowledge of incubation, poultry health, and biosecurity
What you’ll be doing:
Managing hatchery production and chick dispatch
Monitoring hatchability and chick quality
Maintaining biosecurity and vaccination standards
Leading staff and controlling operational costs
