Head Teacher (1)
Qualification, experience and skills
• Must have a full Grade 12
certificate with at least credits in
English and Mathematics
Degree in Education
• Master Degree in Education
Management or any related field.
• An earned PHD will be added advantage.
Experience with international
Schools.
• At least Two (2) years working
experience as a Head Teacher or equivalent Management
position.
Key Responsibilities
• To effectively and efficiently provide strategic leadership.
• Motivation and Management.
• Developing and maintaining school policies and rules.
• To provide an overall oversight role of the Schools Administrative.
• To spearhead the strategic planning processes.
• To effectively maintain both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
