Position: Hub Manager
Location: THE HUB by iKreate, Solwezi, North-Western Province
THE HUB by iKreate is North-Western Zambia’s home for enterprise, innovation, collaboration and business growth.
As we prepare to officially open our doors, we are looking for an exceptional, highly organised and passionate individual to join our Founding Team as Hub Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of THE HUB.
• Welcome and support members, tenants and visitors. • Coordinate office, coworking and meeting room bookings.
• Manage memberships and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Supervise support staff and oversee facility operations. Coordinate events, workshops and networking activities. • Maintain a professional, clean and welcoming environment. Prepare operational reports and support business development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and work under minimal supervision.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration or office management will be an added advantage.
