HUMAN CAPITAL SPECIALIST
One (01) Position
Lusaka
Reports to Manager-Human Capital
JOB PURPOSE
To undertake human resources services in order to ensure effective operations of HELSB.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinate workforce planning, maintain staff establishment and conduct establishment audits aligned with approved staffing levels.
Coordinate timely recruitment, selection and placement in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Implement and review HR policies and guide consistent application of terms and conditions of service.
Coordinate training needs assessments, loaming programmes, training inaterials and evaluation.
Coordinate talent identification and development, identify critical positions and competencies, and facilitate succession planning.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Full Grade 12/Form V School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Monagement/
Public Administration/Industrial Psychology or equivalent
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
Minimum of four (4) years work experience
HOW TO APPLY

Prepare payroll inputs for appropriate remuneration.
Implement staff welfare and wellness programmes. Maintain the HR Information System (HR) for storage, updating and retrieval of information Develop and implement performance management. systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance and achievement of objectives.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Ability to write technical and analytical reports. Ability to communicate effectively in English Tact and diplomacy.
