Richmond Finance Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Requirements:
– Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Full ZIHRM registration with a valid practising certificate.
– Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
– Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws, payroll, and compliance.
