INTERN CREDIT & QUALITY
ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, LUSAKA
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Designated Supervisor, the Quality Controller under the Credit and Quality Assurance department will be responsible for Quality Control 1 (QC1) – Validation checks of loan application documentation received from the Front Office stage.
Key Outputs
– Validation and Authentication of customer’s loan application documentation provided by Front Office staff
– Checks for completeness and correctness of submitted loan application documentation Timely (and Quality Assured) submission of validated loan application documentation to next loan application process Stage
– Timely communication of relevant corrective action recommendations related to invalidated loan application documentation
– Ensuring all relevant departmental/ operational reports are consolidated and circulated on a timely basis
– Performance of sensitivity analysis, when required to give input from a Credit standpoint Escalation of suspicious or fraudulent activity /actual frauds, in accordance with the Company’s Fraud Prevention Procedures
Education
– Grade 12 with five (5) O Levels including Mathematics and English
– Must be a Degree Holder (Preferably in Business Administration, Banking, any business-related field, or Social Sciences) as required for entry level position
– Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

– Ability to work well under minimum supervision. Proactive and self-motivated.
