REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate/Diploma in hotel management and hospitality is a plus.
• Passion for food: someone who enjoys the process of food preparation and
creating menus.
• At least 2 years experience of working in a 5star hotel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Kitchen experience and management.
• Ability to work with figures and manage budget.
• Ability to cope under stressful conditions.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Possess Hotel product and industry knowledge.
