Educore Services Zambia LTD is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Learning Support Practitioner to join Trident Preparatory Solwezi.
The successful candidate will support students in their learning and development and contribute to creating an environment where learners can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Provide learning support to students who require additional assistance
Support learners in achieving their academic and developmental goals
Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of the school community
Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Monitor learners’ progress and provide appropriate support
Encourage students’ confidence, participation and engagement in learning
Support individual learning needs in line with school expectations
Key Requirements
Relevant qualifications for a Learning Support Practitioner role
Passion for supporting students and their learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals
Enthusiastic, patient and supportive approach
Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
