Loan Officers
2 POSITIONS New Solwezi Branch North-Western Province
Dorset provides lending solutions to individuals and SMEs across Zambia. Help us grow our new Solwezi branch.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Find and onboard new clients through fieldwork, referrals and partnerships
■ Assess loan applications with site visits and affordability checks
■ Prepare credit appraisal reports for approval
■Inspect collateral and complete security documents
■Monitor repayments and follow up on overdue accounts
■Report to the Branch Manager on performance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
■ Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
■ At least 2 years in lending, credit assessment, microfinance or banking
■Strong understanding of secured lending and credit evaluation
■Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the Solwezi / North- Western market is an advantage
