We are a Lodge that offers top rate accommodation in a clean, comfortable and serene environment. We also provide conferencing facilities for various events. We are seeking to employ individuals who possess the right skill set and qualities for the below positions.

FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST (MONGU )

The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all guests at our Lodge. Our ideal candidate should be friendly, welcoming, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Job Duties

· Welcoming guests as they come in.

· Overseeing the procedure of check-in and check-out.

· Responding to inquiries and requests.

· Assisting with front-desk administrative duties.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years experience working as a Front Office Receptionist in the hospitality industry.

· Diploma in Front Office Management

· Full Grade 12 certificate

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Must be trustworthy and able to work well with little direct supervision.

Note that Candidates must be willing to occasionally travel / work between Mongu & Lusaka as we have Lodges in both towns.
