MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – CIVIL ENGINEERING (2 POSITIONS)
Mulonga Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited (MWSC) invites applications from suitably qualified, ambitious and high-potential graduates for two (2) positions of Management Trainee – Civil Engineering under its 2026 Management Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed to develop future supervisors, technical specialists and managers through structured training, coaching, mentorship, job rotation and performance assessment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• No work experience required.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should have graduated within the last 3 years
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct water network audits and field assessments.
• Support hydraulic modelling and network optimisation.
• Assist with Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction and pressure management.
• Participate in infrastructure inspections and asset assessments.
• Prepare engineering reports and recommendations.
Programme Duration: 6–24 months, depending on development requirements.
Successful trainees may be considered for absorption into the Company, subject to performance and organisational requirements.
