They are seeking passionate, hardworking, and customer-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team in the following positions:
- MANAGER (1 Position)
Job Purpose:
To oversee the day to day operations of the store, ensure the achievement of business objectives, lead staff, promote operational efficiency, profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily business operations
- Lead, motivate and manage employees ensuring high performance and discipline
- Manage store resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of assets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field;
- Hospitality is an added advantage.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a retail or fast-food environment.
- Integrity, accuracy, and strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
