copper producers in Zambia. It operates underground and open pit mines located at Nchanga and Konkola. KMRL’s

To support this vision KMRL would like to recruit experienced and qualified individuals for the following positions in
the Medical and Marketing Departments:
1. Marketing Officer x 1
Job Purpose
Develop effective marketing and sales management 1or the organization and ensure customers have a clear
understanding of the products in order to achieve company’s set targets to enhance customer satisfaction.
Main Roles & Responsibilities will include:
• Daily monitoring of the company finished goods produced
• Funds collection within contractual tems
Back up to various sales administration activities
• Liaising with the Production Plants and Logistics Department on loading and dispatch of Copper Cathodes and
other products
• Contract Management
• Data collection, compilation and analysis
• Effectively communicate with customers and maintain departmental records
• Aid in achieving bus in ess plan targets for the sale of organization products
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business/ Commercial discipline.
• Knowledge and understanding of end products such as copper, cobalt alloy, anode slimes and sulphuric acid
• At least 2-4 years’ experience in the mining industry
• Computer literate with proficiency in excel and power point presentations.
• Sound communication skills, energetic and result oriented
