Requirements:

2. Copies of certified professional qualifications (4). Do not photocopy the certified copies
3. Copies of certified ID (NRC) (4). Do not photocopy the certified copies.
4. Copies of certified teachers registration and practicing license from the teaching council of Zambia.
(4) Do not photocopy the certified copies.
