About the Human Rights Commission
The Human Rights Commission (“the Commission”) is a National Human Rights Institution established under Article 230 of the 1991 Constitution of Zambia. The Commission has the constitutional mandate to uphold and protect the Bill of Rights.
The Commission is seeking applications from suitably qualified external candidates for the position of 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭.

To undertake cleaning of offices, common areas and utensils in order to provide a conducive working environment.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
The successful candidate will report to the Administration Officer and will be responsible for:
• Regular cleaning of the offices to make them habitable;
• Effective cleaning of eating and drinking utensils to make them hygienic;
• Effective cleaning of toilets and common areas to maintain a conducive work environment; and
• Undertaking official errands to ensure smooth Commission operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Must have a Grade 12 General Certificate of Education; and
• Must have two years of experience in a similar role.
