non-ferrous metals and mineral resources in Zambia, in our quest to continue supplementing Government effort by creating more local jobs, we seek to employ suitably qualified, innovative and dynamic individuals to fill the vacant positions below:
Operator Trainer (x5)
JOB PURPOSE
Conduct all Operator Training Activities, basic fault troubleshooting and maintain a well co-ordinated and effective
training schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties will include but are not limited to the following:
> Conduct operator training according to company demands
> To train all NFCA employees and its Contractors in various fields and make sure that good results are
achieved.
> Carry out final assessment in working areas
> Feedback on operator performance
> Documentation, enter new data, updates lectures.
> To carry out training need analysis
> Assist in the reduction and controlling of accident and illness producing conditions
> Putting into practice all safety aspect of operator
training and ensuring safety of others too
> Undertake other duties as and when assigned by senior
training supervisors.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 school certificate
> Teaching methodology
> Valid Blasting License
> Valid First Aid Certificate
> Two (2) years’ experience
> Able to operate underground equipment/machine: –
Drill rigs, loaders, truck and Utility vehicles
