MOIC-LN Consortium Limited is seeking a qualified Performance Management Officer to oversee the Company’s probation assessment, performance appraisal, contract renewal, leave monitoring, and Code of Conduct processes. The role ensures fair, transparent, and effective performance management while supporting continuous employee development and organisational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Human Resource qualification.
- Certificate of Medical Fitness.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources (advantageous).
- Strong analytical, communication, record management, and problem- solving skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and quality orientation.
Key Responsibilities
- – Monitor and coordinate the 15, 45, and 75 day probation assessment process.
- – Coordinate and verify quarterly performance appraisals across all Toll Plazas and Head Office.
- – Conduct performance record audits and ensure Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are implemented where required.
- – Track contract expiry dates and support performance-based renewal recommendations.
- – Review monthly leave records and follow up on abnormal leave cases.
- – Monitor and follow up pending disciplinary cases in line with the Code of Conduct.
- – Prepare monthly reports on probation, performance, leave, and disciplinary compliance.
- – Support the review and continuous improvement of performance management and related HR policies.
