KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales Targets & Customer Acquisition
• Customer Retention & Relationships
• Portfolio Growth & Quality
• Quality Loan Applications Compliance with Lending Policies
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES CREDIT LTD
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI)
• Proven sales & portfolio management experience
• Strong analytical skills
