Receptionist Requirements:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management
• At least two (2) years in the hospitality industry (5 star Hotel is an added advantage.
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Customer focused
• Fluent in English
• Action oriented & a great team player
• Possess Hotel product and industry knowledge
• Ability to offer prompt service
