KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
• Customer Complaints & Resolution
• Customer Education on Products
• Portfolio Performance Monitoring
• 85% Customer Retention Target
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• Diploma in a Business-Related Field Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM platforms
• Knowledge of company products & policies
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
