ROLLER OPERATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate rollers to compact soil and other materials.
Monitor compaction quality and adjust equipment settings.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
Maintain a clean worksite and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with site teams and maintain accurate work records.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Full Grade 12 Certificate. Class CE Driver’s License.
Valid Heavy Equipment Operator’s Permit or relevant certification.
Minimum three years’ experience operating a roller compactor.
Good understanding of occupational
health and safety requirements.
