𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 is looking for motivated and results-driven 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 to join our growing team in 𝐋𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐚.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage)
Proficiency in 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
