SALES EXECUTIVE (04)
Department: Commercial Operations
Reports To: Business Development Supervisor
Location: Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola), Central (Kabwe), Southern (Choma)
Job Type: Full time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acquire and onboard new schools and educational institutions.
• Present and promote SchoolPay’s payment and ERP solutions.
• Drive school activation, transaction growth and revenue.
• Train and support schools to ensure sustained platform usage.

• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct field visits and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide market intelligence and timely performance reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• At least two years’ experience in sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fintech, banking, technology or education is an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake regular field travel.
• Pro Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
