Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for growing brands and winning in the FMCG market?
National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive the growth of our pasta business across Zambia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Leading pasta sales growth and distribution nationwide
• Building and managing distributor and key account relationships
• Driving listings, promotions and in-store execution
• Managing pricing, forecasting and market expansion
• Providing market intelligence and commercial insights
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing,
• Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ FMCG sales experience
• Strong experience in modern trade and distributor management
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting and analytical skills
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
