BYMART, a leading retailer of premium home appliances, electronics, kitchenware, and lifestyle products, is looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join their new branch along Kafue Road.
𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑 — 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in electronics, home appliances, or furniture retail is an added advantage
• Computer literacy and report-writing skills
