Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant who will serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations — engaging customers, managing orders, and supporting our marketing efforts. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and passionate about both people and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and warmly to customer DMs and inquiries.
• Package and deliver orders with care and accuracy.
• Post daily stories and assist in executing marketing campaigns.
• Record daily sales and maintain organized spreadsheets.
• Support the Founder in implementing promotional activities and customer follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with supervisor to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications
• Background in Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and social‑media management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• A positive, faith‑aligned attitude and willingness to learn.
