Shexone Entertainment is a dynamic Zambian event management and entertainment company. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and motivated Female to join our team as a secretary.
Position: Secretary
Location: Northmead, Chikuni Rd House No.4 Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Manage office administration and daily operations.
Receive and direct visitors, clients, and phone calls professionally.
Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and official documents.
Support management with administrative and coordination duties.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience in the events or entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
