We are Hiring! Join our team as a Service Technician in either our Lusaka or Mkushi Branch in 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
Effective diagnostics and inspection on Tractors, Combines and Farm Implements.
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections correctly and to factory standards ensuring the correct documentation SOP is followed.
Timely and effective repair of any problems identified during preventative maintenance diagnostics and inspections.
Compiling correct parts lists using a parts manual for ordering in a timely manner.
Conduct warranty repairs as required by dealership.
Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
Perform additional duties and special projects as needed or directed.
Adhere to all policies and regulations as stipulated by Agrimach Zambia Limited and dealers.
Good communication and relationships with Workshop Manager, personnel and customers.
Maintain high levels of customer relation and satisfaction.
Attend all company and external training activities and retain and demonstrate that was instructed.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Completed Trade Certificate (Tractor/Yellow/Heavy Goods).
Valid Driver’s License.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Minimum of 3 traceable references.
Attention to Detail.
Good Communication Skills.
Computer Literate.
