KANGS MOBILE CENTRE – Your trusted mobile partner – is looking for a SHOP OPERATIONS & SALES OFFICER for our new branch in LITETA CHIBOMBO ZAMBIA

ROLE:

Manage shop operations, drive sales, customer service, stock & cash management, and social media sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Age 20-35, Grade 12 minimum

– 1+ year sales experience with exceptional customer service (preferred)

– Honest, trustworthy, sales-driven & friendly

– Smartphone savvy: WhatsApp Business, Facebook, TikTok + Mobile Money experience

– Fluent in English and any two local languages: Nyanja, Tonga, Lenje, Bemba

– Certificate in Marketing/Business = added advantage

– Women encouraged to apply!
