DBK Management Consulting is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team and help grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage social media strategies
• Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and other content
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports
• Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising
• Track digital trends and competitor activities
• Build and maintain an active online community

Requirements
- 🎓 REQUIREMENTS
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing corporate social media accounts
- • Strong knowledge of the Zambian digital market
- • Excellent written and spoken English
- • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools
- • Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
- • Video editing and graphic design skills are an added advantage
- • Must have a portfolio showcasing previous social media work
